What is my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. If this is not possible, we are happy to send a ring sizer to you - just email us at olivia@olivvenyc.com! We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as it is a personal preference but we will do our best to help guide you.

 

How quickly will I receive my jewelry?

If your jewelry is in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. If it is out of stock, please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece. For a truly one-of-a-kind piece the timeline will depend on stone sourcing and the design, but we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs.
