What is my ring size?
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. If this is not possible, we are happy to send a ring sizer to you - just email us at olivia@olivvenyc.com! We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as it is a personal preference but we will do our best to help guide you.
How quickly will I receive my jewelry?
If your jewelry is in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. If it is out of stock, please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece. For a truly one of a kind piece, the timeline will depend on stone sourcing and the design, but we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs. What is a Post-Consumer Recycled Diamond?
A Post-Consumer Recycled diamond has been collected from period and previously owned jewelry and from verifiable sources. This eliminates new environmental impact and the character of these diamonds is unmatched in new material.
